A proposed re-design of Powers Gold Label Whiskey bottle and carton. The brief indicated that the company was interested in breaking into the American market. During Prohibition-era America, whiskey could still be purchased under the guise of it being medicine. The re-design is therefore based on American Prohibition-era medicine labels.

The labels were printed, then scanned in through tissue paper to give a rubber stamp- like effect. The final labels are printed on newsprint. A narrow gold ribbon runs through the wax seal on the bottle-top, and can be used to tear open the wax.
